Yes, hypnotherapy is perfectly safe when conducted by a trained therapist. However, it may not be appropriate in people with severe mental illness. If unsure, please get in touch to find out.

HOW LONG DO THE AFFECTS LAST FOR?

The affects of hypnotherapy are usually permanent. However, life can throw up surprises from time to time and this can affect how we think and feel about ourselves, but after hypnotherapy you should be better placed t o deal with these situations.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Depending on the person and the nature and size of the problem the number of sessions vary. The average amount of sessions is three, but it could be less or indeed more.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?

I work from my office in Huntly and have helped people from most of the North East of Scotland from Aberdeenshire to Moray, including Inverurie, Elgin, Buckie, Banff, Keith and Turriff. I also work online (see below).

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE SESSIONS?

I do. I have treated a number of people successfully online. If you live far away, don't have transport, you're housebound or you would simply prefer the comfort of your own home, online sessions are ideal for you.
